SERVPRO Celebrates Thanksgiving with Team

Here at SERVPRO of New Philadelphia, we celebrated Thanksgiving early as a team! Every single teammate had the opportunity to attend and eat together. We had good food and desserts, and even had some left over. This is a great way for us to build relationships with one another and to show our appreciation for all the hard work our team does, day in and day out.

SERVPRO Team Dobson traveled to Tampa, FL for SERVPRO's Annual Convention. This is a time where SERVPRO franchises from all over the nation gather together to network and grow in learning restoration industry trends! 

Our team always leaves this event with greater drive to better serve our Minerva, Malvern, Winfield, and surrounding areas community. Serving our customers with excellence in their time of need is our top priority. That is why we love attending these events!

Acts of Courage Awards

SERVPRO Team Dobson had the opportunity to attend the Acts of Courage Awards. These awards are where local heroes are honored for their bravery and acts of heroism during a time of emergency.

We were lucky enough to hold a Private CE Class for the agents of Tanya Burleson Farmers Agency a little while ago. SERVPRO team member Rodd Meyer taught the agents about Ethics. 

We play a big role in the insurance industry. We are always Here to Help our community when they face disaster, just like the agents at Tanya Burleson Farmers Agency are!

Rodd is a fantastic instructor and loves giving these classes and helping insurance agents in the community! This is a great way for the agents to earn CE credits, as well as for us to engage with our community!

IICRC Certified Instructor Andrew Dobson taught a Water Restoration Technician class of 11 dedicated SERVPRO restoration professionals.

We are proud to announce all attendees passed the test with flying colors! SERVPRO of New Philadelphia gained 11 new highly trained Water Restoration professionals.

We most recently hosted SERVPRO Team Nicholson, based out of Orlando, Florida. We discussed all things Residential and Commercial Water Restoration - trading techniques, discussing equipment, and other best practices it is safe to say it was a win-win weekend for these two SERVPRO Franchises.
